11/5/2009- VVA2009 - We are happy to inform you about the 2nd succesfull VVA seminar, with the topic: Alternative approaches in vehicles development. The seminar took place on 5th November, 2009 in Hradec Kralove, the Czech Republic.
8/13/2009 - The CTU CarTech Team took part in the Formula Student Germany 2009 competition on the german motor racing track in Hockenheim. SWELL was one of the partners of this project and has supported the students team. The Formula Student Germany 2009 is a technical universities students competition with a view to develop, build, present and race with formula car in various disciplines. It was for the first time in history when the team from the Czech Republic has participated. We congratulate the CTU CarTech students team!
5/11/2009 - Our Test laboratory crown the process of accreditation by Czech Institute for Accreditation (ČIA) with success and we obtain a Certificate of Accreditation according to the standard ČSN ISO/IEC 17025:2005.
11/13/2008 - SWELL organizes a seminar on numerical simulations and testing in the car development cycle [in Czech language]: VVA2008 "Numerické simulace a zkušebnictví ve vývojovém cyklu automobilu". Partners: Mecas ESI, Brüel&Kjaer. Program [here].
9/16/2008 - festive opening of the new SWELL facility - the Centre for Development Services in Hořice, Czech Republic. During the public day, more than 300 visitors from the near surrounding were welcomed at the facility.
5/27/2008 - SWELL, spol. s r.o. was awarded ...by the governmental institution Czech Invest / in a state competition / program... as the 'Investor of the Year 2007´ in the category ' Supplier of The Year - Technology Asset/ Contribution'
